Nicholas Aversa is the Consummate professional. He and his team are definitely the people you want in your corner. I can comfortably say that he is the Derek Jeter of the mortgage industry. Honestly 5 stars are not enough as Nick takes a personnel interest in his clients. Whether purchasing a home or doing a commercial transaction, It is a welcome relief to have a person working for you who makes this process smooth and stress free. Bravo to Charles Martin Mortgage!
