With over twenty years of direct- to-consumer experience in the retail mortgage sector, Charles Martin Mortgage’s Managing Partner Nicholas Aversa founded Charles Martin Mortgage to be a company that places an unconditional emphasis upon building life-long relationships with its clients. For over six year prior to establishing Charles Martin Mortgage in 2007, Nicholas was Executive Director of Retail Sales for a leading national mortgage lender. Nicholas earned his BBA in Finance and Banking from Hofstra University in 2001.
